Dr. Ali Berry received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1998 and went on to earn his medical degree with high academic distinction from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2002. He finished his post-graduate training as Chief Resident of Dermatology at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan where he took up interest in skin surgery, complex medical dermatology and hair loss. He is an active clinical researcher and has various publications on a wide range of conditions.

Dr. Berry served as staff physician at Henry Ford Health Systems Department of Dermatology where he taught future Dermatologists how to perform skin surgery including complex scalp, neck and face surgery. Since 2006, Dr. Berry has also assisted in the teaching of Dermatology at Wayne State University School of Medicine and Indiana State University Department of Applied Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is an active member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and an associate member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS) and has 15 years of experience in surgical and medical treatment of hair loss for both men and women. Dr. Berry is versed in all modalities of hair restoration procedures including strip FUT, manual and powered FUE and he now has become the exclusive provider of the ARTAS robotic hair transplantation procedure in the greater Detroit area.

Dr. Berry takes great pride in his work and enjoys restoring people’s confidence in how they look and feel. His great work and the strong relationships he forges with his patients have earned him many awards and recognitions by his colleagues and patients such as Hour magazine’s Top Doctor and the prestigious Patient Choice Award. Most importantly, Dr. Berry treats all his patients as family and truly cares to provide them with the best possible care. His hobbies include sports, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with his wife and four boys. He is very personable, caring and has an excellent sense of humor.

Dr. Leonard Aronovitz, a practicing physician and surgeon for over 30 years, has devoted 100% of the past 23 years to hair transplant surgery, performing thousands of procedures utilizing the small graft technique. Dr. Aronovitz has also been listed in The Best Doctors in America since 1996.

As a member of our surgical team, Dr. Aronovitz performs several hundred hair transplant surgeries each year. Dr. Aronovitz was in private medical practice from 1969 -1994, specializing in general medicine/general surgery. Also through 1974 – 1994, he was a Professor of Family Medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Aronovitz now limits his practice to Hair Transplant Surgery. He regularly attends medical forums where other experts in the field also gather to exchange the latest data on the continuing advancement of hair replacement technology. His memberships include the American Academy of Hair Restoration Surgeons, American Osteopathic Association, Oakland County Osteopathic Association, Michigan Association Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, and Phi Sigma Alpha – American Scholastic: Honor Society.

Dr. Chelsea Luther performs hair transplants at our practice in the Canton office where she also practices dermatology.  Dr. Luther received two undergraduate degrees in Biosystems and Biomedical Engineering from Michigan State University. After completing a year of skin cancer research in Cambridge, MA, she graduated with honors from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Grand Rapids, MI.  She completed her medicine internship at Beaumont Hospital and subsequently received robust training in medical, surgical, pediatric and cosmetic dermatology from dermatologist leaders through the Henry Ford Health System where she completed her residency.  

Dr. Luther has won awards for her teaching and presentation skills as well as attended special conferences for cosmetics, surgery, psoriasis and pediatrics. She is a proud member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. She has presented nationally and internationally and has published in prestigious dermatology and cancer medical journals as well as contributed to textbook chapters. 

Dr. Luther is married with two daughters. She enjoys running, hiking, meeting new people and reading dermatology literature. Dr. Luther currently performs both manual and robotic transplants and is thrilled to be utilizing the latest technology in robotic hair transplantation. She looks forward to meeting you soon.
